We are seeking a creative, proactive, and committed marketing officer to join the marketing department and our expanding, dynamic team

The primary responsibilities and duties will include:

Create and implement a proactive marketing plan to promote the business.
Promote the company’s goods through a range of channels and marketing techniques.
Creating reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Re-strategize and make future management decisions by using market intelligence.
Working together to create and execute effective sales strategies with our sales team
Any additional tasks pertaining to marketing

Job Qualification:

Diploma in marketing and related studies.
Prior experience of marketing in microfinance setup is an added advantage.
Proven experience working in marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
