Job description
Tender Notice for Consultancy Services for Coaching and Mentoring to LEAD CSOs/CSO Networks in Zambia.
Qualified bidders are invited to submit tender offers (bids) for the supply of the following services:
We are seeking three expert facilitators to deliver a combination of trainings, coaching and mentoring, and on-the-job consultations to support approximately 40–50 LEAD CSOs/CSO networks from various provinces across Zambia.
The assignment will include two key components:
Initial Support Phase – 40 Working Days
Ongoing Mentorship – Continuous support over a period of two (2) years
Qualification Criteria:
Signed and stamped Annex 1: Eligibility Sworn Statement
Signed and stamped Annex 2: PIN Quotation Form for Consultancy Services
Detailed CV(s) of the Lead Consultant and any key personnel
Professional qualification certificates:
– Lead Consultant: Minimum Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or other related fields
– Assistant Consultants: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in similar relevant fields
Minimum of 2 Reference or Recommendation Letters from previous clients, clearly indicating the scope of work and duration
List of Relevant Projects completed in the last 5–7 years, including:
– Name of project
– Name of client/organization
– Year(s) the project was conducted
– Description of activities (clearly showing coaching, mentoring, and CSO capacity development)
– Role of the consultant (Lead, Co-consultant, etc.)
Minimum of 1 copy of Contract, Service Order, or Completion Certificate to support project claims
