Chef (Chinese)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in authentic Chinese cuisine, with understanding of traditional recipes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.

The chef will be responsible for planning, preparing and presenting a wide variety of Chinese dishes with high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic Chinese meals including stir-fries’ soups, noodles rice dishes etc
Plan meals, portioning and estimate food requirements
Maintain cleanness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Monitor food costs and work within budget
Maintain consistency in taste quality and presentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Catering
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef (minimum 3years)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communications and team leadership skills
Knowledge of good safety standards
