Archie Hinchcliffe Disability Intervention (AHDI) is a registered Zambian organization dedicated to empowering children with cerebral palsy and allied conditions through healthcare, education, and community-based support.

AHDI now invites bids from suitably qualified and registered suppliers for the provision of the following equipment:

1. Canon Copier IR 2625i MFP with ADF- Quantity (1)

2. HP ProBook 16 G11 Notebook-Core i7 -Quantity (1)

Minimum Specifications:

Model: HP ProBook 16 G11 (or latest equivalent)
Processor: Intel Core i7, 13th Generation or Higher
RAM: Minimum 16 GB DDR4/DDR5
Storage: Minimum : 512 GB SSD
Display: 16.0” Full HD (1920*1080), anti-glare
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (pre-installed)

3. HP 15 Series Notebook-Core i5- Quantity (1)

Minimum Specifications:

Model: HP 15 Series (or latest equivalent)
Processor: Intel Core i5, 12th Generation or higher
RAM: Minimum 16 GB DDR4/DDR5
Storage: Minimum 512 GB SSD
Display: 15.6″ Full HD (1920×1080)
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (pre installed)

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered, suppliers must submit the following documentation with their bid:

Certificate of Incorporation (PACRA)
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid PACRA Annual Returns

Note: Please ensure warranty periods are clearly stated.
