The Role: Sales and Marketing Associate

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, connecting with potential clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and building our brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Functions

Identify and engage prospective clients through research, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Prepare and present compelling proposals, product demos, and sales pitches
Assist in setting, tracking, and achieving sales targets
Manage follow-ups, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer support
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports

🔹 Marketing Functions

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional platforms
Support website optimization and SEO efforts
Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy
Contribute to the development of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
Help coordinate events, workshops, exhibitions, and trade shows
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (professional services industry is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Creativity, initiative, and a passion for connecting with people
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, SEO tools, or CRM software is an advantage
