Qualifications
Grade twelve Certificate
Certificate or better in Fisheries, Aqua culture, or another related field
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
Experience working on the lake preferred.
Job role
Maintains records and prepare reports on feed operation.
Maintain an accurate log of all feeding done daily.
Take note of observed fish behavior mortalities and share information to relevant team(s).
Responsible for teams’ safety and wellbeing while on the lake.
Report all accidents and incidents to the Grow Out Manager.
Take part in company’s safe practices and be part of the system.
Ensure Yalelo policies and procedures are always observed and adhered to by the team.
Acts as nutritionist to develop feeding schedules needed for specicific growth rate of fish
