Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a non-governmental organization that supports community-based development programs in partnership with local organizations and the Catholic Dioceses. Inspired by its mandate to collaborate with both religious and non-sectarian NGO’s as well as local government, CRS is committed to organization development and strengthening of these partners to promote sustainability and development of high impact programs that target the most vulnerable of society.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS is inviting eligible and reputable vendors based in Solwezi to apply for supplier registration in the following service categories:

Accommodation and conference services
Transport and car hire 4 x 4 (Hilux or Landcruiser)
Fuel supply and vehicle service
Office supplies and equipment
Printing services

This initiative is part of CRS’s commitment to fair and transparent procurement processes, supporting local businesses while ensuring high-quality service delivery under the EMBRACE Project.

Mandatory Documents:

Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Company Profile
Submission Guidelines:

Applications must be submitted via email only — no physical submissions will be accepted
Deadline: Wednesday, 23rd  July 2024 at 17:00hrs (local time)
Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered
Only vendors meeting the minimum requirements will proceed to due diligence
