Sales Agronomist

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth through field-level engagement, provide agronomic support, and enhance farmer and agrodealer relationships.

Job Description

Promote and sell our seed, fertilizer, and crop protection product lines.
Provide agronomic technical support to farmers and agrodealers.
Conduct product demonstrations and generate product demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Offer training sessions and field demonstrations to enhance product understanding.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills Required

A Diploma in Crop Science (3 years) or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar agricultural sales or extension role.
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
A valid driver’s license (manual vehicle)
