Job Purpose
To manage the effective distribution and visibility of products across agrodealers and direct market channels while achieving sales targets.
Job Description
Distribute products to agrodealers and directly to farmers while achieving sales targets.
 Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with new customers.
 Ensure product availability and display in retail outlets.
 Address customer queries related to pricing, stock, and delivery.
 Promote products through merchandising and support marketing activities.
Handle basic reporting and administrative tasks related to distribution.
Qualifications and Skills Required
 Full Grade 12 Certificate.
A minimum 2-year Certificate in Agriculture or a related field.
 Sound product knowledge and good communication skills.
 Must possess a valid Class C1 driver’s license and be able to drive a 5-ton light truck.
