Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lodge. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient staff management, and profitability of the lodge.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate all departments including front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.
Oversee guest relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and control operational costs.
Train, motivate, and manage staff to uphold high service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
