Job Title: Workshop After Sales Manager
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-drivenWorkshop Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the workshop and after-sales service department.
Ensure timely and high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs of trucks and buses.
Supervise a team of technicians, mechanics, and after-sales officers to achieve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage service scheduling, job card flow, and parts requisitions in coordination with the spares department.
Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and increase after-sales revenue.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, service protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in workshop or after-sales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical systems, and service procedures.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop/job card systems.
Familiarity with FAW, Sino, or Golden Dragon vehicles mechanical systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures is a distinct advantage.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license.
