Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily lab operations and drive efficiency.
Ensure quality, compliance, and ISO standards.
Manage and develop lab staff performance.
Build client relationships and resolve issues.
Control budgets, costs, and profitability.
Ensure HSE compliance and safe practices.
Report on operations and performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Tertiary Qualification in Microbiology, Biotechnology or Chemistry.
5 years’ experience in operations management.
Knowledge of ISO and regulatory standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Financial and budget management experience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
