Job Description

Manages the distribution and care of employee uniforms
Ensures uniforms are clean and well-maintained
Oversees inventory management of uniform stock, including ordering and replenishment
Coordinates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of uniform orders
Implements and maintains a uniform tracking system
Conducts regular quality checks on uniforms and resolves any issues
Trains staff on proper uniform care and maintenance procedures
Develops and enforces uniform policies and guidelines
Manages uniform budget and cost-control measures
Addresses employee concerns and inquiries regarding uniforms
Collaborates with department heads to ensure uniform compliance across the organization
Stays updated on industry trends and recommends improvements to uniform programs

Qualifications
Â
Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent field with minimum 2Â years of experience in inventory management, preferably in hospitality
Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and analytical skills for inventory management and reporting
Proven track record in laundry operations and textile care management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and management
Thorough understanding of uniform policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
