National Control Centre Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitoring security systems, responding to alarms, and coordinating with security personnel and emergency services.
Operate the National Control Center CCTV
Maintaining clear and consistent communication between the control center and individual stores, as well as with other departments
Maintain accurate records of incidents and security logs, enabling timely reporting and analysis.
Ensuring all stores adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and inventory management
Generating reports on store performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications:
Outstanding surveillance and observation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is crucial for the protection of assets and personnel.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
Strong reporting skills.

Education/Experience:
Â
Preferred:
High school diploma/GED.
Certificate in Security and Compliance or any related field.
Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
