Kagem is seeking remarkable candidates to join the team, in the position of Manager-Training and Development

Manager-Training and Development (x 1)

Reports to: Head-HR

Job Purpose:

Implement and monitor the company Training and Development Policy:

Key Result Areas & Accountabilities

Conduct Exployer Training Needs Analys
Formulate, implement and monitor company’s training & development policy
Coordinate Induction and Orientation programs
Coordinate training programs internal & external) ios employees
Implement and control maining budget as approved.
Ensure that all employees are assessed within the prescribed period.
Ensure tint all recommendations following staff pestormance appraisal are promptly actioned
Administer Students’ Scholarship programs
Coordinate jobs analysis and evaluation
Provides advice to line managers and employees on company policies
Coordinate half yearly and anmaal staff appraisal
Coordinate registration and renewal of employees’ memberships for vations professional institutions

Professional Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 certificate
Degree in Human Resource Management or related Social Science
Diploma in education/Teaching or Trainer experience
At least 5years’ experience in HR in a busy mining environment and ability to work under pressure
Practical experience in HR software application
Current Membership of the ZIHRM
Good computer skills
Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZQA) certificate of verification and evaluation of qualification will be required before the job offer

Skills, Knowledge & Characteristics

Excellent salytical and evaluation skills
Possession of good leadership skills
Good command of both oral and written communication.
Ability to work with manmum supervision
Excellent knowledge of the current labour regulations
