WE’RE HIRING: ROAD MARKING FOREMAN

Are you a hands-on leader who knows paint systems like the back of your hand? Have you led road marking teams and worked with thermoplastics, cold plastic, epoxy, or reflective paints? We’re looking for a Foreman with practical experience and deep technical knowledge of industrial coatings and road marking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site road marking and paint application crews
Interpret drawings and ensure markings meet specifications
Oversee usage and mixing of paints, including cold plastic, thermoplastic, chlorinated rubber, acrylics, etc.
Ensure correct equipment setup (graco, handliners, roadmarking machines)
Guarantee safety, quality, and efficiency on all marking works
Conduct surface preparation checks and paint adherence tests
Communicate with site engineers and project managers on progress and requirements

You Must Have:

3+ years proven experience marking roads and managing marking teams
Expert knowledge of road marking paints and coatings
Familiarity with industrial and safety markings (e.g., factories, airports, warehouses)
Ability to work with line lasers, stencil setups, and reflective bead systems
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
