Title: User Experience & Product Performance Specialist

OVERALL PURPOSE
The User Experience (UX) and Product Performance Specialist will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitoring the performance of digital products, and supporting third-party system integrations, with a strong focus on billing systems and operational efficiency. The role ensures the successful delivery of functional and high-quality solutions in line with business requirements and partner expectations.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 School Certificate , Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional Registration: ICTAZ
Minimum Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in UAT, system integration, product operations, or billing systems
Key Skills: • Very good knowledge of Operating Systems and Databases • Software Engineering and Programming skills in JAVA, PHP or C# • Good knowledge of common API such as SOAP, REST, XMLRPC,
