Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team in mumbwa or serenje. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop(wholesale and retail), ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
Proven track record of success in a retail environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise shop staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics
Implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
Analyze sales data and provide insights for business improvement.
