Job Title: Stationery Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Stationery Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in stationery related sales or customer service to join our team. You will play a key role in growing our client base, managing relationships, and promoting our office supplies and stationery products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Promote and sell stationery and office supply products.
Develop and implement basic marketing strategies.
Ensure customer needs are understood and met effectively.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Submit monthly reports by the 5th of each month.
Support in-store sales and assist with general operations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business (advantage).
At least 2 years of experience in stationery related sales or customer service ONLY.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email).
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
