HR GENERALIST – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS (LUSAKA & KASAMA)

Beatmas Human Resource Consultants Limited, proudly awarded Best HR Firm for 2023–2024, is urgently hiring two (2) experienced HR Generalists to join our award-winning team.

Available Positions:
1 position based in Lusaka
1 position based in Kasama

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
Provide guidance to staff and management on HR matters.
Support payroll processing every monthly including statutory returns
Support HR projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven HR generalist experience.
Solid knowledge of Zambian labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must be adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Must be ready to start immediately.
