Job Summary:

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and business growth. You will guide customers through financial products, assist with loan applications, and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Advise clients on available financial products and services.
Assist in loan application processes, including documentation and eligibility assessment.
Conduct financial literacy programs to educate clients about responsible borrowing.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate client records and provide reports on client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in customer service or financial services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
Knowledge of microfinance principles and lending processes.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
