JOB TITLE: REAL ESTATE AGENT

JOB LOCATION: LUSAKA,ZAMBIA

COMPANY NAME: REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the real estate transaction process, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations.
Prepare and review real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
Stay up to date with real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
Develop and maintain a client database through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contract terms on behalf of clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED: 

 

Valid real estate license in Zambia.
Degree in Real Estate Management or equavalent.
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems)
