We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive *Administrative Assistant* to provide administrative support to our senior management and employees.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be the go-to person for administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling our team to focus on delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to senior management and employees.
2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
5. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and other logistics.
7. Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Grade twelve full certificate
2. Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial, Human Resource Management or related field. A degree will be an advantage.
3. 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industry
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
3. A team player
